1. General These terms and conditions govern the use of Q-Taxi booking services provided by Quixotic Taxi and Logistics Limited. By making a booking through q-taxi.co.uk, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Booking & Pre-booking All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We do not currently offer instant pickups. A booking confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful payment.

3. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Stripe and PayPal. All prices are fixed — we do not apply surge pricing under any circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will not be refunded. No-shows will be charged in full.

5. Pricing All fares are fixed and calculated at the time of booking based on distance and vehicle category. The fare displayed at booking is the fare you pay — no hidden charges.

6. Vehicle Categories We offer Standard, MPV, Executive, Luxury, Super Luxury and Courier vehicles. Vehicle images are for illustration purposes. A similar vehicle of the same category may be provided if the exact model is unavailable.

7. Drivers All our partner drivers are fully licensed, insured and experienced Private Hire drivers regulated under UK law. Q-Taxi acts as an intermediary between customers and licensed Private Hire operators.

8. Airport Transfers For airport pickups, drivers will monitor flight arrivals. A grace waiting period of 60 minutes is included for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights from the actual landing time.

9. Courier Service Courier services are for urgent parcel delivery only. We do not accept illegal, hazardous, perishable or prohibited items. Q-Taxi is not liable for damage to poorly packaged items.

10. Limitation of Liability Q-Taxi will not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the fare paid for the booking.
